A leading automotive company is seeking a Business Manager in Leeds to provide vital support to the sales team. Responsibilities include building and presenting deals, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and driving department performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales management, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. Competitive salary of £35,000, with OTE of £55,000 and extensive company benefits provided, including holiday and pension schemes.
As our Business Manager you will be pivotal in providing support to the sales team. You will be responsible for building and presenting deals to the customer following qualification from the sales team. It is important that you understand all aspects of financial and insurance product regulations, to ensure accurate information is given. You will be supporting the department in the delivery of the Group's controlled ActiveSales process and to drive the performance of the department to achieve the agreed targets. This will involve supporting management of daily actions and direct customer interaction, with first and second facing customer activity at its heart. You will serve and support sales colleagues to sell a combination of new and/or used vehicles, with a range of add-on products, finance, paint protection, warranty and insurances whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
