London Based - Multi-Site Clinics - Some National and International Travel

£45-£50,000 + Bonus

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Business Manager to lead our clinic operations across multiple sites. You'll drive performance, ensure excellence, and support talented teams to deliver outstanding results.

What You'll Do
Operations & Performance

Oversee daily operations across all clinic locations, set and achieve revenue targets while controlling costs, monitor key metrics (utilisation, productivity, margins) and use data to drive improvements, and manage clinic systems including CRM, booking platforms, and POS.

Team Leadership

Lead and coach Clinic Managers and Front‑of‑House teams, support recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews, and build a high‑performance culture where people thrive.

Compliance & Quality

Ensure regulatory compliance (HCPC and relevant standards), conduct regular audits for health & safety, infection control, and GDPR, and maintain exceptional service standards across all sites.

Client Experience & Growth

Collaborate on marketing campaigns and promotions, improve conversion rates and client satisfaction, support rollout of new services and technologies, and identify opportunities for commercial improvement.
