Job summary

A financial service provider in Torquay is looking for a Business & Finance Coordinator to support the finance department. Responsibilities include managing bookkeeping, handling payroll, and maintaining financial data systems. Ability to meet legal requirements
Excellent presentation and communication skills

Education

Level 3 AAT or equivalent or willing to work towards

As a Business & Finance Coordinator you will work in a small team, where no two days are the same. You will be expected to provide effective support to the finance department using a business software application.

Key Objectives
  1. Bookkeeping and digital record filing.
  2. Setting up payments to ensure all invoices and expenses are paid in a timely manner.
  3. Communicating with suppliers and customers as necessary.
  4. Payroll preparation
