Overview

My client is a well established Design and Build business which prides itself on delivering a diverse range of projects from Concept through to completion - all within the office fitout sector.

Responsibilities

• Researching potential clients. Finding out names, numbers, addresses and updating the CRM
• Outbound calls to businesses to gather any potentially relevant intel
• Research on lease expiries, office move plans, key decision makers, refurbishment and relocation strategies, broader company growth and more
• Maintain and enrich the CRM
• Use tools such as LinkedIn, Lusha, CoStar, internal database and more

What you need

• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable on the phone
• Ability to build rapport quickly with professionals
• Self motivated and target driven
• Previous experience in telemarketing, lead generation or telesales (not essential but an advantage)
