The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying and creating new qualified opportunities for senior sales counterparts. This role manages the flow of incoming leads, maximizes marketing campaigns and events, and is a critical component of our revenue organization to fuel company growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success, strong work ethic, self-discipline, and time management skills. Responsibilities include maintaining SFDC and Outreach hygiene, managing the daily pipeline to ensure MQLs are zeroed out daily, and partnering with marketing to ensure quality leads are targeted.
