The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying and creating new qualified opportunities for senior sales counterparts. This role manages the flow of incoming leads, maximizes marketing campaigns and events, and is a critical component of our revenue organization to fuel company growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success, strong work ethic, self-discipline, and time management skills. Responsibilities include maintaining SFDC and Outreach hygiene, managing the daily pipeline to ensure MQLs are zeroed out daily, and partnering with marketing to ensure quality leads are targeted. *This is a hybrid role that requires being in the London-based office 2-3x/week

Key Responsibilities
  • Bring a world-class solution to market and function as the initial face of AuditBoard
  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel AuditBoard’s growth
  • Discover and engage new leads through tools such as Outreach, Qualified, Orum, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and more
  • Manage your lead pipeline, own your target numbers, and help maintain opportunity hygiene
  • Support marketing efforts by assisting in demand-generation campaigns
  • Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly metrics including sales activities, opportunity generation, qualified leads, and new contacts prospected
Attributes for a Successful Candidate
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) is required
  • 1+ years of prior inbound/outbound sales experience within a B2B SaaS environment is required
  • Experience in a Big 4 firm is preferred but not required
  • Audit or Accounting background is preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated cold calling and LinkedIn prospecting skills is required
  • Be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy, ever-changing environment
  • Possess a go-getter attitude and the ability to turn a “No” into a “Yes”
  • Be coachable — we’ll provide feedback and direction to help you learn and grow
  • Be confident using platforms like Salesforce, LinkedIn, Orum, and Outreach. It’s OK if you haven’t used them before; you’ll be trained
