We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, with a proven track record of building relationships and identifying new opportunities. You will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, enhancing customer engagement, and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Project Management:
    • Essential skills include planning, interpersonal skills, soft skills, and group skills.
    • Problem-solving and decision-making using tools like Mandelow’s matrix.
    • Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
  2. Change Management:
    • Designing and implementing change strategies in large organizations.
    • Making data-driven and inclusive decisions, utilizing models like Kotter’s and Prosci ADKAR.
  3. Communication & Stakeholder Management:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Using Mandelow’s matrix to identify and prioritize stakeholders.
    • Proven negotiation skills for win-win outcomes.
    • Ability to work independently and in teams.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proactive problem-solving and initiative.
