REC Source is an award‑winning recruitment agency specialising in the industrial and driving sectors. Due to rapid growth, we’re now seeking a Sales / Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and build long‑term relationships for our Wembley branch.

This role offers the autonomy to make a genuine impact, with full support from our compliance, payroll, and delivery teams. You'll work with a business that is ISO9001 certified, GLAA licensed, and powered by our innovative in‑house recruitment tech platform – QBIS.

Requirements
  • Identify and win new business opportunities across industrial, logistics, warehouse, and transport sectors
  • Build strong client relationships and understand their workforce needs
  • Conduct site visits and negotiate terms of service
  • Liaise with internal recruitment and compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Work to realistic KPIs and revenue targets with uncapped earning potential
Key Responsibilities

Salary Package
  • Salary: £40,000‑£50,000 per annum (DOE) + Commission + Benefits
  • OTE: Up to £80,000 (uncapped)
