A leading energy contractor is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for Power Networks to develop relationships with I-DNO clients across the UK. The successful candidate will need extensive sales experience in electrical utilities, a proven sales record, and strong relationship-building skills. This position features a negotiable salary and commission structure. Travel will be necessary as part of the role.
Our client is a major energy and utilities contractor delivering private networks schemes nationwide. They have an aggressive growth strategy in place and are looking to recruit two Business Development managers to lead that growth in 2026.
The successful applicants will take responsibility for developing new relationships with iDNO clients in either the north or south of the country. You will build and deliver sales strategies supported by a team of bid writers and account managers.
As we are looking for one applicant in either the north or the south your location in the UK is not necessarily important but you must be able to travel. These roles are salaried positions.
