A global plumbing solutions company is seeking a Sales Representative to drive sales and market share in Northern Ireland and remote accounts in the Republic of Ireland. The ideal candidate will have strategic sales planning experience, strong communication skills, and a proven background in the plumbing or construction industries. JOB PURPOSE
To drive specification development, sales & market share growth, within the assigned territory by promoting RWC’s commercial & domestic product range, driving sales with Reliance Valves, John Guest, JG Speedfit and Underfloor Heating.
The successful candidate would be required to be based within Northern Ireland but have a remote function on accounts based within the Republic of Ireland.
Safety: Promote and maintain a safe working environment in all field-based activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and company procedures.
Passion: Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to delivering high-quality service and driving sales growth across the Reliance and Speedfit Product Ranges.
Innovation: Identify new specification opportunities and contribute to product development feedback by analysing market trends and competitor activity
Reliability: Ensure consistent and accurate CRM (SFDC) updates, project tracking, and communication with internal teams to support seamless project delivery.
Integrity: Uphold company policies and ethical standards in all interactions with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
