This role involves building sales pipelines, managing the complete deal cycle, and enhancing brand visibility within the construction sector. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in HVAC sales, excellent communication skills, and existing relationships with contractors and distributors. The compensation includes a salary package of £40-60k FTE plus commission and equity options.

This role requires hands-on sales execution, working closely across multiple stakeholders with contractors, distributors, and strategic partners to secure specification sales of our passive ventilation solutions in new and renovated schools. The right candidate will have well-established relationships across the construction ecosystem and a deep technical understanding of HVAC requirements in multi‑occupancy buildings, such that they can credibly deliver specification sales.
Salary Package: £40‑60k FTE, Sales Commission, inclusion in equity options scheme
