Role Description

This role requires hands-on sales execution, working closely across multiple stakeholders with contractors, distributors, and strategic partners to secure specification sales of our passive ventilation solutions in new and renovated schools. The right candidate will have well-established relationships across the construction ecosystem and a deep technical understanding of HVAC requirements in multi‑occupancy buildings, such that they can credibly deliver specification sales.

Salary Package: £40‑60k FTE, Sales Commission, inclusion in equity options scheme

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage own relationships with Architects, Building Services Consultants, M&E Consultants, M&E Contractors and Main / Sub-Contractors to build Windhive sales pipeline, especially in the education sector
  • Evaluate the influencers and decision-makers within CF25 contractors
  • Oversee full deal cycle from lead through proposal, quotation, negotiation and close to drive pipeline conversion
  • Increase brand awareness with specifiers in the construction sector, architects, and other stakeholders
  • Develop channel partnerships with distributors, agents and resellers to increase market reach.
  • Collaborate on development of marketing collateral to develop targeted campaigns
  • Attendance and representation at industry events.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements
  • At least 5+ years’ experience in HVAC product sales to the construction sector
  • Demonstrable existing relationships with stakeholders across contractors, M&E consultants, architects and distributors.
  • Preferable existing relationships with current buyers and specifiers in the DfE Framework ecosystem
  • Understanding of building regulations around ventilation with a robust knowledge of building physics
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional project management, organisational and planning skills
  • Experience of developing and closing opportunities within the sector
  • Track record of delivering and reporting against targets
  • Results oriented, dynamic self-starter
