The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and knowledge of litigation practice groups. The position offers a competitive salary between $160,000 and $180,000, along with generous PTO and ancillary benefits.

Job Description

• Draft RFPs, pitches & proposals
• Conduct research for existing and prospective clients and market trends
• Mentor junior staff members in business development, marketing and support growth in industry expertise
• Partner with other BD groups in firm to support client needs
• Work with senior team members and leadership in support of cross-selling for firm's client program

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in professional services marketing & business development
• Must have working knowledge of Litigation practice groups, preferably including IP and/or Civil Litigation groups
• Exceptional attention to detail and project management
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments
