Job summary

A leading global packaging firm is looking for a Business Development Manager to source and develop new business for labels in the UK market. You will manage existing accounts and provide innovative solutions to client needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labels or flexible packaging and excellent relationship-building skills. This role offers a competitive salary package up to £60k with additional OTE and the opportunity to make a significant impact within the company.

Global company specialising in providing innovative labels and packaging solutions. The division designs and manufactures labels for a diverse range of markets including personal care, healthcare, industrial and food. Operating across multiple countries, they serve regional and national accounts.

Role

Business Development Manager | Labels | UK | £50k - £60k basic + OTE up to 15%

Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and developing new business for labels
  • Working across multiple markets including Home, Personal Care, Industrial and Food
  • Managing and developing existing accounts
  • Providing innovative solutions to client needs and industry challenges
  • Working with the Sales Director to devise and set sales strategy
