Background

Following huge investment within the business and growth across the EMEA, these Payment and FinTech gurus are creating something incredible for the consumer and the dealers LOVE THEM! Retaining customers has always been the challenge and not having a “silver bullet” made this tough for the aftermarket and servicing departments…until now. With costs only going up, this FREE solution enables payments to be spread across multiple months for the customer and also with no fees. This is where you come in.

This role reports into the Head of Sales for the UK and you’ll be working closely with the Key Account Manager and Team Lead. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of current accounts across franchised dealer groups, independents and Manufacturers. In this role you will be building upon the great relationships already established but will create new ones with prospective new customers. You will endeavour to grow, develop and retain business whilst keeping an eye on the market and networks you hold to develop new accounts also.

You be doing this :

You’ll be expected to increase the portfolio of dealers within this region, whilst driving high volumes of payments through this FinTech platform. You’ll develop close relationships with OEM’s, retail groups and established third party automotive systems through a mixture of face to face meetings, teams calls, performance incentives, and quarterly reviews.

And you’ll need this :
  • Networking and developing dealerships, relationships and contacts.
  • Introducing new products to market and challenging established thinking regarding new product adoption and car financing.
  • Building an extensive customer base and increase retailer sales
  • Conducting account reviews to analyse and boost the customer’s interaction
  • Developing strong and lasting relationships at both manufacturer and retailer level
