Building on a world class reputation, and recent international success in London and Los Angeles, we have established an international office in London to develop and execute world-class experiences in sports and entertainment outside of the Middle east.

We are looking to build a global portfolio of sports and entertainment projects, delivering commercial, operational and creative consultancy and services. The ambition is to execute a growth strategy that will see us establish itself as a market leader in the sector.

Role Overview

The Head of Business Development (Entertainment) will lead the commercial growth strategy across our entertainment portfolio – spanning live events, festivals, cultural experiences, and brand activations. This senior role combines strategic foresight with creative and commercial expertise. You will identify and secure new opportunities, forge high‑value partnerships, and drive revenue growth across the entertainment portfolio, positioning us at the forefront of global entertainment innovation.

The role requires a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen, analytical expertise, and deal execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the business development strategy for our entertainment division.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new commercial opportunities – including sponsorship, brand partnerships, licensing, and live entertainment projects.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline to achieve annual revenue and growth targets.
  • Provide market insights and strategic recommendations based on industry trends, competitor behaviors.
  • Build and nurture relationships with brands, promoters, venues, and cultural institutions.
  • Lead high‑value partnership and sponsorship negotiations from prospect to close.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally (Central BD, Sponsorship, Marketing, Strategy, Events, Legal, Finance) to ensure delivery of outstanding projects.
  • Partner with the Chief Growth Officer to align divisional strategy with our global growth ambitions.
  • Represent the business externally at key industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Support and mentor junior members of the commercial and partnerships team.
Experience & Skills
  • 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles within entertainment, live events, music, or media.
  • Proven track record of developing and closing high‑value partnerships.
  • Strong network across the entertainment and brand landscape (promoters, agencies, artists, sponsors).
  • Exceptional commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset – able to spot and shape new opportunities.
  • Confident communicator and presenter with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Comfortable working across international markets in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
