Focussing on demolition and strip out schemes, nationwide, they have an excellent repeat client base. They now see other areas of business that they would like to capitalise on heading into 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Successful applicants will join an established precon and BD team.
  • Applicants interested in applying for the position: Kent based and close to the Maidstone area.
  • Organised and pro-active, recording and compiling viable sales leads.
  • A demonstrable track record in successful business development.
  • Liaise and support other areas of the business - precon teams etc.
  • Prepared to travel to meet prospect clients/stakeholders.
  • Good interpersonal and rapport building skills.
