A climate tech company in London seeks a Business Development Manager to drive commercial opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle. The role requires at least 5 years of B2B sales experience and a preference for candidates familiar with the voluntary carbon market. Responsibilities include identifying clients, developing proposals, and managing contracts. Salary range: £59,670 - £66,300 + commission + generous stock options

You will play a key role in Abatable’s growth, helping climate-conscious organisations to effectively navigate, access, and finance high-integrity climate solutions, thereby fostering enduring positive effects on the environment and society at large. You will become an expert on the Abatable platform covering our sourcing, market intelligence and advisory services, helping to identify new business opportunities and driving them to closure.
Your core focus will be driving new commercial opportunities and owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, in order to consistently achieve or exceed your sales targets.
