Overview

The Company: Business Development Manager - Automation. A well known manufacturer of automation solutions and an industry leader. They offer strong career progression opportunities and are present throughout the globe. Full manufacturer training is provided on state of the art industrial automation components, systems and industry 4.0 equipment. Strong presence in OEE and IIoT.

Responsibilities

• Sell complete industrial communication and automation systems as part of a wider solution.
• Support business partners and other sales people in the business.
• Develop opportunities in applications such as food factories focused on overall factory efficiency (examples include Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, Aerospace, Automotive, etc.).
• Cover the UK as a home-based external sales role.

Ideal Candidate

• Field or internal sales experience.
