  • Handle new business enquiries with turnovers between £1,000,000 and £50,000,000.
  • Prepare and submit new business files to the credit committee.
  • Act as an ambassador for the bank's vision to support people in life and business.

About You

The ideal Business Development Manager will have:

  • A solid understanding of Invoice Finance lending and its legal implications.
  • Proven technical knowledge of Invoice Finance and Asset-Based Lending.
  • Experience in reading and understanding financial information and projections.
  • Demonstrable experience in client and introducer relationship management.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Sound influencing and negotiation skills in a sales environment.
  • High level of commercial awareness.
