A growing care provider in the UK is seeking a Business Development Manager to enhance occupancy and income for care homes. You will collaborate with various managers, run successful marketing campaigns, and build community relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consultative sales and relevant qualifications. Covering Northwest and East Midlands Region
35 hours a week – to include evenings and weekends as and when required
£47,919.12 per annum plus car allowance and bonus scheme

Our Business Development Managers are integral to the success and sustainability of our business – supporting our care homes to maintain and increase self-funder occupancy and income whilst having an up-to-date view on what our competitors are offering within the areas that we operate. Reporting into the Lead Business Development Manager, you will work collaboratively with our Regional and Home Managers as well as the central Marketing and Enquiry Team. You will ensure we’re able to run successful marketing campaigns, creating and maximising enquiry pipelines – building strong relationships with key stakeholders and the local community – to enable us to remain the provider of choice.
Delivering relevant training is required so strong communication skills are essential.
Travel is a requirement for this role; therefore, a full, current driving license essential.
