We help customers by developing and delivering innovative leading‑edge solutions that are simple to implement and use, cost‑effective, functionally rich and scalable, and operate natively with Twilio or AWS platforms. We are growing our sales team with a role for a Pre‑Sales Solution Consultant.
In this role you will be responsible for presenting our product offerings with a focus on business processes, value proposition, and architecture, in the best light to prospects and customers, to evoke confidence in our solutions and technology infrastructure, and removing all technical objections in the sales cycle. You will work closely with the sales team to deliver the appropriate technical solution and value proposition, and you will be customer‑focused, delivering deep contact centre process and product knowledge across all contact SPACE product offerings.
