In this role, you will be selling cash management solutions such as smart safes and pay stations into the retail sector. Customers range from convenience stores and petrol forecourts to large supermarkets, DIY chains, hospitality, gaming, and financial institutions.
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll split your time between engaging with big corporates and securing quick wins with independent businesses. You will lead commercial discussions, negotiate long-term partnerships, and identify opportunities for new services. Market analysis will form part of your responsibilities, keeping you ahead of industry trends while shaping strategy.
Collaboration is key: you will work closely with internal operations, technology, and compliance teams to ensure smooth installations and seamless delivery for customers. This role offers a high level of autonomy and accountability, with the chance to make a real impact in a fast-moving industry.
