We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support the continued growth of our UK business within the luxury interiors sector. Based in London, this role is suited to someone with a well-established presence within the interior design community, and experience working across high-end private residential projects and other specialist interior settings.

The role is relationship-led and consultative in nature, requiring a strong understanding of how designers operate across detail-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support business development initiatives across the luxury interiors market, with a strong emphasis on private residential projects
  • Leverage an existing network of interior designers and design studios to develop new opportunities
  • Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with designers, specifiers, and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support client engagement and growth
  • Represent the company at selected industry events, private viewings, and client meetings
  • Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights to senior management
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development within the luxury interiors sector
  • A demonstrable track record of working closely with interior designers on high-end residential projects and other specialist interior settings
  • Strong understanding of the UK luxury design and specification market
  • Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
  • Commercially astute, discreet, and highly professional
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally internationally

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
