  • Drive the Bottom Line (The "D"): You will ensure the business achieves its financial targets through proactive marketing and strategic development. You’ll examine performance against KPIs and take the decisive action required to grow revenue by 15%.
  • Lead the Vibe (The "I"): As a proactive team leader, you will inspire and oversee the team to deliver the highest quality of care. You are the bridge between clinical and administrative functions, creating "Raving Fan" patient advocates through a seamless, positive experience.
  • Master the Systems (The "C"): You’ll refine the end‑to‑end patient journey, ensuring every touchpoint is effective and compliant with HIS Scotland / GDC standards. From financial tracking to clinical operations management, your attention to detail ensures the practice runs like a well‑oiled machine.
The Package

High Upside for High Performance

We believe in rewarding the "puzzle solvers" who deliver.

  • Base Salary: £38,000.
  • Performance Bonus* Pot: £12,000.
  • On‑Target Earnings* (OTE): £50,000.
  • With uncapped earning potential through a performance bonus of 5% of EBITDA exceeding target.
Your bonus is tied to what you control:
  • £6,000 for achieving 15% Strategic Growth.
  • £3,000 for Team Synergy & Patient Advocacy scores.
  • £3,000 for Operational Precision & Compliance.
  • Exceptional performance bonus: 5% of EBITDA over the agreed target (provided all agreed KPIs delivered).

You don’t need to be dentally trained (we have a Lead Dental Nurse to support the clinical side), but you must have real‑world experience in business management frameworks and a hunger for strategic impact.
