The Role

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and identifying ways to maximise revenue across both new and existing accounts. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and to support the organisation's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities across targeted markets
  • Build, nurture, and manage strong client relationships
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and meet/exceed agreed sales targets
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery
