At Black Sheep Utilities , we’re expanding our Business Development team and are seeking professional, confident, target-driven individuals who know how to build rapport, close deals, and consistently deliver results.

The Role

As a Business Development Manager , your primary focus will be generating and converting new business opportunities by making outbound calls to UK businesses.

You will :
  • Make outbound B2B calls using a proven script.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
  • Generate new opportunities and close sales.
  • Complete sales administration to a high standard for the contract to be submitted.
  • Be driven and competitive to consistently meet and exceed your individual sales targets.

This role requires precision, professionalism, and the ability to follow structured conversations in a regulated industry.

  • Starting salary of £32,500 with an increase upon successful probation
  • Uncapped commission – realistic OTE £70,000+
