What you'll be doing

• Converting inbound enquiries from website, phone and social channels into orders
• Spotting and acting on opportunities to self-generate new business and grow your portfolio
• Delivering confident, clear advice on leasing and finance option
• Driving every client journey from enquiry through to delivery
• Building strong relationships with customers, funders and suppliers
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring all communication meets FCA standards
