Job summary

An independent recruitment agency is seeking a Business Development Executive to enhance brand awareness and promote candidates in various sectors. The role is fully remote, requiring 21 hours of work per week, mainly on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Responsibilities include making outbound B2B calls, building relationships with hiring managers, and updating records. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in telemarketing, exhibit a professional phone manner, and be highly self-motivated. Compensation is £15 per hour with performance-based bonuses.

  • Generating interest, securing follow-ups, and closing where appropriate.
  • Updating a simple spreadsheet with notes and outcomes.
  • Sending templated follow-up emails when required.
