An international training organisation seeks a Business Development Executive based in London to support delegate recruitment for executive education. The role requires a university education, fluency in English, and at least 2 years of sales experience. We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and target-driven Business Development Executive to support delegate recruitment to LCT International’s executive education programmes, both in-classroom and online. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain international sales experience, work closely with a supportive team, and develop business development skills.
Key responsibilities will be to generate revenue from new and existing business relationships and source further business development opportunities through networking and marketing. The role will suit someone who is highly motivated, organised, and interested in international and cross-cultural opportunities.
This role will focus on handling and converting inbound leads, ensuring timely follow-up and strong conversion rates.
