We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and target-driven Business Development Executive to support delegate recruitment to LCT International’s executive education programmes, both in-classroom and online. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain international sales experience, work closely with a supportive team, and develop business development skills.

Key responsibilities will be to generate revenue from new and existing business relationships and source further business development opportunities through networking and marketing. The role will suit someone who is highly motivated, organised, and interested in international and cross-cultural opportunities.

This role will focus on handling and converting inbound leads, ensuring timely follow-up and strong conversion rates.

About You
  • University education and at least 2 years of sales/business development experience
  • Fluency in English (C2 level); additional languages (Arabic, French, Korean, Japanese) highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ambitious, entrepreneurial, proactive, and hands‑on
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities; able to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working in an office environment is necessary
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is desirable
Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support, maintain, and develop sales process documentation (e.g., spreadsheets or CRM), paying attention to detail and accuracy
  • Research and identify new business opportunities - including new clients, growth areas, trends, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of expanding existing markets
  • Work closely with the marketing team to maximise results from new clients, new courses, and new business opportunities
  • Generate leads through networking, word of mouth, marketing knowledge, market research, LinkedIn, drop‑ins, and cold call prospective clients
  • Meet with clients over the phone to build relationships, gain client information, and complete bookings
  • Keep abreast of trends across international markets, anticipating events that will impact sales potential
  • Convert opportunities from new leads to bookings made, including responding to all enquiries within 24 hours and providing an outstanding level of customer service
  • Promote LCT International on an ongoing basis to generate new leads in all relevant markets; explore word‑of‑mouth opportunities and maximise these with the marketing team
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets and industry segments; understand the needs of current clients and feedback information to operations and academics to develop new courses
  • Evaluate sales and marketing activities and work within budgetary requirements; fully contribute marketing information to influence decision‑making

Key Performance Indicators
  • Achievement of market targets, bookings, and completed bookings
  • Number of successfully onboarded new clients that send delegates
  • Maintenance of high level of service to all stakeholders, YoY client retention rate
  • Conversion rates from application to enrolment for delegates coming from all channels
