Overview

Pyramid8 are working with a well-established training services company that specialise in apprenticeships within early years settings. They were founded over 15 years ago, and due to business growth, they are now seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to work within their sales team. This organisation is award winning, has an outstanding USP above their competitors, and provides a robust marketing process which is rolled out 12 weeks prior to the business development calls. They offer fantastic benefits which stand out over and above most businesses because they value their employees. The company currently has 4 staff who have each been employed within the business for 10 years. Responsibilities
  • Build relationships and rapport through 25 to 30 quality calls per day as your pipeline builds.
  • Guide customers through the portal to access government funding; this training is 95% funded by the government and it is a necessity in the early years industry.
  • Make follow-up calls on warm leads; customers and potential customers will know the brand name.
Qualifications
  • From a business development background and/or account management; confident, friendly and has a pleasant telephone manner with strong customer service skills.
  • Experience within an educational/training setting is favourable.
Benefits and Details
  • Salary of £23K - £25K basic, dependant on experience, with a realistic OTE of £45K and uncapped commission.
  • Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm, Friday 9am – 4pm.
  • 25 days + bank holidays, with an additional holiday day per year of service up to a maximum of 28 days. You will also receive a birthday day off and a Christmas shopping day.
