Overview

We are looking for a motivated and resilient individual to work as a Business Development Executive for a growing company in Fordingbridge.

This permanent role offers a salary of circa £30,000 per annum depending on experience. The working pattern is Monday – Friday in the office from 8:30am to 5:30pm with 1 hour for lunch.

Responsibilities
  • Delivering sales results in line with company profit goals
  • Developing meaningful, long-term relationships with our customers
  • Supporting the company’s expansion by driving business in every aspect of the role
  • Working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure smooth operations
  • Drive revenue by handling inbound and outbound calls with customers, converting leads into sales, and following up with underperforming accounts
  • Use your listening and questioning skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns efficiently, turning challenges into opportunities
  • Assist colleagues across departments, ensuring a seamless customer journey and operational efficiency
