The Role

We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help grow Skreen's client base. This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative tech company at an early stage, with significant potential for the role to expand into a permanent position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation : Identify and research potential clients in recruitment agencies, HR departments, and talent acquisition teams
  • Outbound Sales : Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities
  • Product Demonstrations : Present Skreen's platform to prospective clients, showcasing our AI-powered CV scoring and interview capabilities
  • Pipeline Management : Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in our CRM
  • Relationship Building : Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target organisations
  • Market Feedback : Gather insights from prospects and clients to inform product development
  • Achieve Targets : Meet and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a hunger to succeed
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical product benefits
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Based in or able to commute to Bath
Desirable
