Overview

My Consultancy client are looking for a Business Development Director to join them on a permanent basis.

They work with businesses in a variety of industries to help them streamline their business. They will go in and see how the business works, find out the 'pinch' points over a 2 week analysis and then put together a performance/improvement plan which will last 16-20 weeks. They will then appoint the correct people and team to make sure they deliver what they say they will. They are focused around people led change.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Step in to a leadership role focusing on high level strategy rather than day-to-day project execution.
  • Own primary responsibility for driving business growth through acquiring new clients and the retention and expansion of existing ones.
  • Lead the development and execution of growth strategies across industries.
  • Provide guidance on organisational change and improvement plans.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Ideally, 10 years of consulting experience (not IT/Digital Transformation).
  • 2+ years of selling leasing sales within professional services.
  • Extensive experience in developing new business opportunities within a professional services environment.
