Job Title: Business Delivery Lead - Munitions
Location: Glascoed
Salary: £66,000 depending on skills and experience plus executive package

As the Business Delivery Lead you will drive disciplined delivery through expert application of the LCM Framework and oversight of the PMO, ensuring robust project controls , strong people capability, and consistent, high-quality execution across the delivery stream.
