What you will do

Lead end-to-end delivery of data products from requirements to deployment and adoption, in close partnership with the Business Data Engineering team.

Collaborate with Business Data Engineers and stakeholders to define priorities and product delivery roadmaps.

Proactively contribute to the development and maintenance of automations and data pipelines, adapting to evolving business priorities.

Ensure data products meet quality, governance, and compliance standards.

Champion automation and scalability in data product design and delivery.

Coordinate with Finance, Valuations, and other middle office functions for integrated solutions.

Track and report on delivery progress, risks, and mitigation plans.

Support migration and enablement of data products onto the Enterprise Data Platform.

Foster continuous improvement and innovation in delivery processes.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across the EMEA data community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ Years experience in data product delivery, project management and/or business analysis.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (preferably Snowflake).
• Experience with health and life (re)insurance administration systems.
• Experience within a financial services or insurance/reinsurance operations context.
• Experience working in cross-functional, multinational teams.
• Strong understanding of ETL tools, such as Alteryx, dbt.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance.
• Proven track record in automation and scalable process design.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
