Join our new Data Centre of Excellence. It's an exciting time to join NFU Mutual as we continue to shape and grow our Data Centre of Excellence to support key strategic programmes and deliver our data strategy. As the Business Data Manager, you'll help us ensure we achieve our objective of creating a marketplace of easily accessible, ready to use, trusted data products. You'll help to deliver incremental value through the development and execution of our data products, embed standards and support the drive for improved quality, to enable data-driven decisions throughout NFU Mutual. As a champion for our strategic approach to data management, you'll focus on at least one of our strategic data domains, such as Customer, Claims or Finance etc. You'll help ensure the data is reliable, fit for purpose and driving effective decision‑making that supports business objectives. You'll help facilitate this via our Data Ownership Framework, working with senior leaders to embed accountability for data within all parts of the organisation. Using your exceptional communication and influencing skills you'll liaise with key business stakeholders, the Data Product build team, data, change and risk teams across the business and architecture colleagues.

The Business Data Manager role gives you the opportunity to continually grow your knowledge as well as influence and shape data management within our Data Centre of Excellence. This is a great opportunity in a highly visible role to not only be part of the change, but to support the change and improvement needed for the future. This role is based in our Tiddington Head Office, just outside Stratford‑Upon‑Avon. Pro‑active, forward‑thinking and naturally curious, you have a clear business focus, are able to provide hands‑on support to deliver through ambiguity and can confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels. To join our team, it's essential that you have:

• Strong networking skills that ensure you gain business engagement
