Overview

Our financial services client is urgently looking for 2 Business Change Managers. One role will focus on ITSCM and the other on CMDB. These roles are hybrid with 2-3 days per week in the London office.

The rate is £315 per day inside IR35.

Business Change Manager – ITSCM

Required experience:

• Proven experience in IT Service Continuity Management, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity Planning.
• Hands‑on expertise with automation and orchestration tools (e.g., VMware SRM, Azure Site Recovery, Zerto, Rubrik).
• Strong knowledge of cyber resilience frameworks (NIST, ISO 27031, ITIL).
• Experience in cloud and hybrid IT environments.
• Ability to design and execute resilience testing scenarios.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Business Change Manager – CMDB & Change

Required experience:

• Strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM), particularly CMDB and Change Management.
• Hands‑on experience with discovery and automation tools (ServiceNow Discovery, BMC Helix, etc.).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and tagging practices.
• Expertise in data quality management, CI lifecycle, and remediation processes.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and change governance.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
