The Role

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-focused Business and Administration Manager to lead our central administration team.

You’ll oversee the distribution of early education funding to around 1,200 providers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness amid expanding entitlements. The team also supports colleagues working in provider improvement, inclusion, and business development contributing to Hampshire’s high provider Ofsted ratings.

This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex operations in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do

What we’re looking for
  • A confident leader with strong IT, financial, and customer service skills. You’ll be discreet with sensitive information, thrive under pressure, and consistently deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with strong organisational and communication skills.
Benefits
