We are seeking a proven and experienced Business Analyst to join a critical project within the retail and supply chain domain. The ideal candidate will have the ability to quickly understand complex business areas, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and elicit accurate 'to-be' requirements, recognising that these may differ from initial expectations.

The Role:
  • Engage with business stakeholders to analyse, validate, and document requirements.
  • Understand and interpret complex processes within retail and supply chain environments.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to define future-state requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for technical teams.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and solution design.
  • Build credibility and trust with client teams to influence decision-making.
