Parameta Solutions is the Data & Analytics division of TP ICAP Group. The Business Analyst within Parameta Solutions plays a pivotal role in the COO Office, embedded in the Project Management Office (PMO). This position is central to driving strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and data‑driven decision‑making. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, the Business Analyst will deliver robust analysis, translate complex requirements into actionable solutions, and ensure successful end‑to‑end project delivery. This is an opportunity to influence critical projects across trade lifecycle processes, regulatory reporting, and data management within a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
