Business Analyst - Liverpool / Once a week in Office.

Salary: £45,000

If you have worked as an individual contributor or a smaller team this would be an ideal position for you,

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver full end-to-end project lifecycles - from gathering requirements through to testing and post-go-live support.
  • Lead system implementations and business improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with a broad range of stakeholders, managing relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Take ownership of your workstreams with a strong focus on coordination, attention to detail, and continuous improvement.
  • Support and manage UAT processes, ensuring high-quality outcomes through collaboration and proactive engagement.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience across full project lifecycles (E2E delivery).
  • Strong background in system implementation and process improvement.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills - particularly suited to candidates from smaller business environments who are comfortable wearing multiple hats.
  • A natural collaborator with a proactive mindset and keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and deliver results.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience coordinating and supporting UAT.
  • Strong understanding of business processes with the ability to bridge the gap between business and tech.
  • Previous exposure to SME or scale-up environments.
