The Opportunity

We are looking for a high-performing Business Analyst to join our fast-paced transformation team, with a specific focus on Life & Pensions projects. This role offers the opportunity to shape high-impact change initiatives, influence product and service evolution, and ensure we deliver outcomes that meet both regulatory and client expectations.

What You Will Get To Do
  • Lead all analysis activities for assigned initiatives across the project lifecycle, with an emphasis on Life & Pensions transformation.
  • Support the discovery and due diligence phases of new initiatives, working with internal and external stakeholders to define scope and business outcomes.
  • Elicit, document, and validate detailed requirements and user stories, ensuring traceability to business objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings, clearly articulating business needs and solution approaches.
  • Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and delivery leads.
  • Identify operational, customer, and regulatory impacts, and support readiness activities to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Produce high-quality deliverables (e.g., process maps, current/future state models, use cases) aligned to project timelines and programme governance.
  • (For Senior BAs) Mentor junior team members and contribute to the evolution of the BA practice through knowledge sharing and support.
What You Will Bring
  • Experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally within complex transformation programmes.
  • Strong Life & Pensions domain knowledge is essential.
  • If you have experience across these areas within L&P, this would be beneficial; Term Insurance, WOL Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, Income Protection Insurance, Group Life Insurance, Endowments, On shore Investment Bonds, Off Shore Investments Bonds.
  • Proficiency in BA methodologies across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery frameworks (e.g. SAFe).
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work across business, technical, and client-facing environments.
  • Confident facilitator and communicator—able to lead workshops, document clear outputs, and influence decision-making.
  • Self-starter with strong organisational skills, able to manage priorities in fast-paced, change-heavy environments.
  • Passion for continuous improvement, quality outcomes, and business value.
  • Comfortable adapting to evolving business needs and managing ambiguity.
