A leading financial institution is seeking an experienced Agile Business Analyst to enhance the digital onboarding experience for clients. The role involves analyzing current onboarding processes, creating user stories, and collaborating with product teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management skills and experience in a digital journey environment, with familiarity in Jira and Confluence. Are you an experienced Agile Business Analyst with a passion for crafting seamless digital journeys? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team within the Direct Investing Technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the implementation of a new pension product, enhancing the digital onboarding experience for our clients.
You'll be embedded within our onboarding squad, supporting the Smart Investor product. Your focus will be on understanding existing onboarding processes, creating user stories and acceptance criteria and collaborating closely with product owners and development squads. This is a chance to apply your expertise in a fast-paced, agile environment, making a tangible impact on our client experience.
