Key responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed analysis of current-state business processes across departments
  • Identify gaps and opportunities for optimisation
  • Document workflows, dependencies, and stakeholder touchpoints
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define future-state ("To-Be") processes
  • Support creation of integration roadmaps and transition plans
  • Align business requirements with technical capabilities and constraints
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews with business and technical stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
  • Ensure alignment across teams during integration phases
  • Track progress, risks, and dependencies across integration workstreams
  • Support delivery planning, milestone tracking, and reporting
  • Drive accountability and ensure timely execution of deliverables
