Job Summary

£55,000 to £65,000 | 12‑month Fixed‑Term Contract | Surrey – hybrid working

As a Business Analyst you will drive clarity in requirements, business value, and momentum across high‑profile projects for a B2B services provider. You will join a small team and shape, refine, and deliver requirements across product and technology projects, ensuring they are customer‑centric and aligned to commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an outcomes‑focused approach to the analysis, definition, and documentation of functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Collaborate with internal product, pricing, commercial teams and third‑party developers to ensure successful project delivery, including supporting and improving booking‑funnel journeys across digital products and platforms.
• Apply a pragmatic, impact‑oriented approach to deliver quick wins and long‑term value, ensuring alignment between commercial objectives and technical solutions.
• Bridge the gap between IT and business stakeholders, facilitating communication and understanding.

Qualifications & Experience

• Well‑developed requirements analysis, definition, and documentation skills (functional and non‑functional).
• Proven delivery of CPQ pricing projects (Oracle and/or Salesforce).
• Familiarity with booking‑funnel projects or booking product delivery, helping clients develop booking and pricing capabilities.
• Strong analytical, pragmatic approach and communication skills.
• Evidence of delivering similar projects quickly with meaningful business impact.

Additional Information

Required experience: CPQ pricing and booking‑funnel projects. The role is a 12‑month Fixed‑Term Contract based in Surrey with hybrid working. Sponsorship is not available.
