About the role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our technical Scrum team, playing a key role in defining and mapping requirements for a new digital-first solution. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders, technical architects and development teams to ensure seamless data migration, system development, and SaaS application integration

Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritise business and technical requirements.
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with technical teams and developers.
• Ensure alignment between business needs and system functionality.
• Map out data migration requirements and validate data integrity.
• Work closely with data specialists to ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems.
• Identify integration requirements for third-party SaaS solutions.
• Work with development teams to design and test integrations, ensuring compliance with security and operational standards.
