Our client is looking for a proactive SaaS Business Analyst to join the Onboarding team. In this role, you'll be the link between customers and delivery teams, making sure onboarding runs smoothly, processes are efficient, and clients get the best possible start with their new platform.

Location and Contract

Location: Hybrid (Co. Antrim). Contract type: Permanent. Eligibility: UK work authorisation required (no sponsorship available).

What you'll be doing

• Working with clients and internal teams to capture and document business requirements
• Translating needs into clear functional specs for technical teams
• Mapping and improving onboarding processes, spotting gaps and opportunities
• Facilitating workshops and feedback sessions with stakeholders
• Creating and maintaining clear documentation - user stories, process maps, SOPs
• Supporting smooth handovers between product, onboarding, and customer success teams

What you'll bring

• 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS, tech, or digital delivery
• Familiarity with onboarding or client lifecycle processes
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of business analysis tools and frameworks
• Experience in change management and process improvement
