A leading financial institution is seeking a Business Analyst to support their Strategic objectives by managing the end-to-end requirements lifecycle. The role involves leading business requirement phases, conducting feasibility studies, and mentoring junior team members. Join us as a Business Analyst supporting Global Transaction Banking to achieve its strategic objectives by owning the end to end requirements lifecycle for strategic and regulatory change initiatives, providing leadership and ongoing development to more junior team members. You will lead the business requirements phases end to end - producing clear sets of requirements which enable the business to realise their required benefits. Have responsibility for the delivery of pragmatic business and operational design solutions which maximise benefits while achieving the desired business outcomes, ensuring relevant controls are in place to safeguard the customer experience.
