A leading safety products and services firm in the UK seeks an experienced Business Analyst for a fixed-term contract. This role offers a hybrid work model, blending home working with on-site duties in Hull. The selected candidate will be integral in an Agile/Scrum delivery environment, focused on understanding business needs and supporting change initiatives. We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join Arco on a fixed-term contract for 3 to 6 months. This role is hybrid, with a mix of home working and time spent at our Hull-based office. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within an Agile/Scrum delivery environment, supporting the delivery of change initiatives that align with Arco’s strategic plan to grow the business and increase profitability. As a Business Analyst, you will work as part of a Scrum Development Team, partnering closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Stakeholders and Digital/IT teams. You will be responsible for understanding business needs, analysing current ways of working, and translating requirements into clear, actionable deliverables that enable incremental delivery of value.
