Business Analyst – Schemes Project (Insurance) – Fully Remote Contract

Location: Remote

Contract Length: 6 months (potential to extend)

Start Date: 5th January

About the Role

We are partnering with a global insurer on a high-priority schemes project , and we’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a critical project and make a visible impact from day one.

The project involves understanding and mapping insurance schemes —pre-packaged policies for groups of clients. You’ll work with brokers, underwriters, and internal teams to define the product, its wording, underwriting rules, and how it integrates into the policy admin system .

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Map the schemes project and associated workstreams
  • Understand current schemes, pipeline, and business rules
  • Build and automate insurance products in the policy admin system
  • Migrate manual policies into automated processes
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, finance, and technical teams
What We’re Looking For
  • A couple of years’ experience as a Business Analyst in insurance or related fields
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, policy administration, and underwriting processes
  • Comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders and documenting complex processes
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
