Our client, an established professional services firm is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team of BAs as they transform their IT tech stack. You may be at the early stage of your career in either data or business analysis.

Main responsibilities of the Business Analyst include:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into clear user stories.
  • Investigate and resolve issues reported by the wider business, ensuring smooth system operations.
  • Work closely with developers, testers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality IT solutions.
  • Produce clear project documentation to support completed developments.
  • Build strong relationships with users and IT colleagues to ensure effective system management and support.

Skills & qualifications requirements of the Business Analyst:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clear documentation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • A collaborative mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Interested in future development - committed to achieving a Business Analysis International Diploma or has equivalent experience/qualifications.
